Water weighted medicine balls are an economical approach to Med-Ball training.  An entire team can do upper body development and quickness drills at a fraction of the cost.
 
Although Hydro-balls are not a durable as polymer Med Balls, they work very well for most individual exercises and passing drills.  Not recomended for rebound exercises.
