The BULLET BELT POP RELEASE is the basic belt in the BULLET BELT system.
It was designed for team workouts. Since practice time can be time limited, we made the Pop quick and easy to use. It includes an 18 in. Y-release handle-strap and the patented Bullet Belt Universal Belt with 18 in. velcro tail.
The BULLET BELT™ TRIPLE POP provides resistance and variable level break-away explosive training for three consecutive steps. It allows adjustable stride length settings, no slow-down between steps, and athlete controlled release.
